Senior • On-site

$128,600 - $212,600/yr

Seattle, WA , +2

DESCRIPTION

As the Senior Product Marketing Manager you will define the next chapter of gaming entertainment for millions of players worldwide. At Amazon Luna Prime Gaming, we are building an industry-leading gaming service where players come to discover, play, buy and subscribe to the world's best video games. We are looking for a customer-obsessed, innovative and data-driven Senior Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to join our team and lead lifecycle marketing, retention and upsell for our rapidly growing customer base.

In this role, you will be the marketing owner of Amazon Luna Prime Gaming's engagement and upsell goals. You will be customer-obsessed in understanding drivers of engagement, and advocate on behalf of our customers across the organization. You will partner with stakeholders across Amazon Luna Prime Gaming, broader Amazon teams, and industry partners to build and execute the lifecycle marketing strategy to achieve your goals. You will formulate and rapidly execute marketing initiatives, dive-deep into the data to generate insights, and iterate and scale based on your learnings. You will operate with a worldwide scope, and adapt your strategy based on region-specific insights where applicable.

Key job responsibilities
• Develop and deliver the marketing strategy to improve engagement at every stage of the customer journey.
• Build a deep understanding of customer journeys and drivers of engagement and lapse, and step up as the subject matter expert of engagement within the organization. Regularly dive deep and inspect key metrics, work with data science teams to surface and analyze new metrics as needed. Identify patterns and key insights, surface in weekly/monthly business review mechanisms, and drive continuous learning and improvement in your domain.
• Manage the end-to-end execution of lifecycle marketing initiatives: Define message & copy, drive legal reviews, provide & drive creative brief, define target customer segments, drive localization, campaign building, launching and performance tracking. Demonstrate hands-on leadership in developing and executing new initiatives from concept to completion. Leverage merchandising teams, marketing channel SMEs and Tech/BI teams to scale & automate.
• Build a deep understanding of upsell and retention drivers, and step up as the thought leader and subject matter expert within the organization.
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with and influence across functions to identify and deliver lifecycle initiatives that go beyond marketing. These will include, among other things, working with Product and Tech teams to conceptualize and deliver new product features; and with Business Development (BD) and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to develop new content initiatives and promotions.
• Adapt global strategies to meet local needs — identify country-specific nuances that require tailored approaches to maximize adoption and engagement while meeting legal requirements.
