Selling Partner Communities is looking for a Sr. Content Strategist to join our Selling Partner Communications & Content (SPCC) team drive communications efforts that inform and inspire our Selling Partners.
This seasoned marketing professional will develop and execute content strategies supporting major seller-facing initiatives at Amazon. The role will drive complex, strategic programs on behalf of a worldwide slate of programs and products. It delivers measurable business impact by creating compelling, data-driven narratives that resonate with our diverse seller community. It leads end-to-end content development for high-priority projects, collaborates with cross-functional teams.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end content strategy development for high-priority seller initiatives, synthesizing ideas
- Direct creative campaigns across multiple channels, including events, while maintaining strategic integrity
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define and execute narratives that drive seller satisfaction
- Guide brainstorming sessions and document strategic outputs (e.g., PRFAQs) that align with business objectives
- Direct and coordinate partners to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Develop and optimize processes that balance tactical delivery with long-term efficiency and scale
- Mentor team members and contribute to the broader marketing and communications community

The Selling Partner Communities (SPC) organization builds lasting connections with, and drives the success of our Selling Partners. Our products such as Seller News, Seller Forums, and events impact millions of Selling Partners worldwide. The content we create on behalf of Amazon serves to foster an active and inclusive community that empowers Selling Partners growth and success.
- 8+ years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote
- Experience developing cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research and marketing teams to develop strategy and consumer insights that drive compelling creative executions
- Experience leading creative development of innovative creative from concept to delivery
- Experience managing creative (internal team of designers, copywriters, external agencies and freelancers)
- Experience presenting creative concepts effectively to senior executives
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $210,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
