We are looking for an innovative and creative Software Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. This individual will conduct independent analysis and will coordinate with internal teams to close out invoice, or to generate additional transactions as needed to reconcile.

What you'll be doing:

  • Strong knowledge of software financial and transactional reports, and business models

  • Ability for primary interface to independently analyze software transaction and financial reports.

  • Provide instructions to Finance teams to close out invoices for reconciled transactions.

  • Provide instructions to internal teams to generate additional sales orders for overages.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify root cause and remediation options.

  • Present and explain to internal finance stakeholders the outcomes of your analysis.

  • Ability to coordinate across functional teams.

  • Proactively build excel automations to reduce reconciliation time.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)

  • 5+ years of experience in software sales operations and financial transactions reconciliation.

  • Strong Excel skills and strong analytical, problem-solving skills. Ability to do in-depth research for management summaries.

  • Attention to detail, accuracy, & ability to prioritize numerous tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Finance background highly desired

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 92,000 USD - 143,750 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
