As a Space Program Manager, you'll be at the heart of workplace design and strategic space allocation. Your day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing workplace needs, and developing creative solutions that balance employee experience with operational efficiency. You'll navigate complex organizational dynamics, translating business requirements into actionable workplace strategies.

Key job responsibilities
- Design Strategic Workplace Solutions: Support business units by developing comprehensive space allocation and workspace design strategies
- Collaborate Across Functions: Partner with finance, HR, and leadership to validate workforce data and align real estate needs
- Manage Complex Move Projects: Own end-to-end project deliverables, including move notifications and destination planning
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in space management processes
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain transparent, proactive communication with diverse organizational stakeholders

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- 3+ years in corporate real estate or office space analytics, planning, and program execution

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
