Senior Program Manager, Operations Enablement

We're looking for a Program Manager, Operations Enablement to help NVIDIA's Simulation Technology teams work together more optimally. This role is for a natural mentor who improves productivity and how our organization operates. Your goal is to make our teams more focused, aligned, and productive—by improving the system in which they work. You'll partner across product, engineering, and operations to introduce better ways of working and help teams adopt them. This is a role about people and progress: you understand that how people connect, communicate and work is just as important as the tools they use.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Mentor teams to help them clarify priorities, trust each other, and deliver their work more predictably

• Find and remove sources of friction or confusion that is slowing down organizational velocity

• Introduce and guide teams towards better, repeatable processes of planning, execution and review of their work

• Create clear and concise documents that help everyone understand and adopt new concepts

• Identify early signs of team burnout, misalignment between teams and help people get back on track.

What We Need To See:

• B.S. degree (or equivalent experience) with 12+ years in a strategic operations or transformation leadership role in a scaled technology environment, helping technical and product teams improve how they operate

• A high degree of emotional intelligence; you build trust-based relationships to inspire change

• Proven success in roles where you had to influence teams and leaders without direct reporting lines

• Clear understanding of agile, lean, or hybrid work systems and how to adapt them for complex, matrixed orgs.

• The ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and simply, both in writing and in person.

• A talent for understanding how different parts of an organization fit together and affect one another

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills across all levels—from ICs to VPs.

The base salary range is 192,000 USD - 368,000 USD.
