The Microsoft Casual Games Design & Art Team is hiring a Senior Game & Marketing Artist to support multiple products – both our live games, as well as exciting new titles currently in development. As a member of a dynamic cross-functional team, you’ll contribute to a diverse set of products in the casual gaming space, help define the look and feel of new games, and create marketing and branding assets to support both. You’ll be involved in the artistic aspects of game development from concept sketches to creating and helping to implement game-ready assets for launch, collaborating with our cross-functional team to optimize all the while. You’ll contribute to a new era of creative processes at Microsoft Casual Games, considering a wide range of player needs, business goals, and studio values when considering art and style options, and making thoughtful recommendations to leadership.

Game Design IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
