NVIDIA is seeking a Legal Operations Specialist to support our global legal team in matter, vendor, and process management. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a background in computer science, information systems, or related fields to work across a dynamic and growing legal organization. The NVIDIA legal team provides innovative legal solutions to help make NVIDIA the world leader in high performance computing. Our work supports the imagination behind video games and films, as well as cutting-edge technologies such as deep learning, autonomous vehicles, and robotics. What you’ll be doing:
Supporting day-to-day legal operations, including vendor and matter management, data analytics, and process automation
Helping design and implement legal technology tools, including through scripting, “vibe coding,” and low-/no-code tooling
Maintaining structured legal data and assisting with metrics and reporting
Assisting in cross-functional projects involving legal, IT, finance, and procurement
Contributing to the creation of internal legal documentation and self-service portals
What we need to see:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related technical or operational discipline (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of professional experience (internships or academic projects welcome)
Familiarity with collaboration and productivity tools such as Confluence, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or project management platforms
Interest in legal technology and improving how legal teams function
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Experience working with legal tech platforms such as DocuSign, Anaqua, or CounselLink
Exposure to low-code automation (e.g., Power Automate) tools or scripting (e.g., Python)

The base salary range is 108,000 USD - 178,250 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
