AWS is seeking a Startups GenAI Operations Analyst to join our Global Startups Operations team. This position supports scalable operational mechanisms that connect business strategy to execution through data-driven decision making and rigorous inspection systems. The role involves managing Strategic Business Reviews, Forecasting, and Top Deal Calls while establishing essential business rhythms to create the operational backbone for predictable business outcomes and growth in our Startups GenAI business. This position will prepare time-sensitive executive responses and conduct comprehensive data analyses to inform strategic decisions. Additionally, they will manage cross-functional projects including GPU capacity tracking, credits monitoring, and planning processes such as headcount planning and territory mapping.
Key job responsibilities
Success in this role requires effective collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, the ability to translate strategic vision into executable plans, and a proven work ethic that drives results. This is a hands-on position - the ideal candidate must be willing to “roll up the sleeves”. The ideal candidate will develop simple, scalable solutions to complex problems, demonstrate effective project management skills, and conduct sophisticated analysis of data to create actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations. In this role, you will leverage workflow optimization and data analytics to define key sales support systems aligned with our GenAI business objectives. You'll build strong relationships across Sales, Business Development, Partner, Finance, and Marketing functions, enabling you to support change management initiatives and enhance operational productivity within the Startups GenAI business. By identifying and removing roadblocks, you will help empower our specialized sales force to effectively acquire, grow, and retain the best GenAI startups on AWS.

The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. •Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or related field
•2+ years in business operations, sales operations, or related fields
•Proficiency in analyzing complex data and translating findings into actionable deliverables
•Understanding of sales processes, procedures and policies
•Understanding of startup ecosystem
•Experience working in a high-growth B2B technology or enterprise software companies
•Strong project management skills with ability to drive cross-functional initiatives
•Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior management

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $61,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $131,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
