AWS WWSO Database & Analytics team is seeking an experienced and detailed oriented Program Manager to drive business operations for our Worldwide Go-To-Market team. In this role, you'll orchestrate critical business programs that accelerate customer adoption, enable our global field teams, and drive revenue growth for our industry-leading database and analytics services. Working at the intersection of business strategy and operational excellence, you'll collaborate with GTM leaders, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to implement scalable processes and programs that deliver measurable business impact.
Your excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and data analysis acumen will allow you to establish and execute effective tools and programs to ultimately support our customers and valued partners. The candidate should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions, and work cross-organizationally to build consensus. A keen sense of ownership, drive, and scrappiness is a must.
Your main duties will focus on defining, establishing, and facilitating implementation of business programs (both internal and external) for AWS Database & Analytics services. Successful candidates will be natural self-starters who have experience in Project or Program management, process improvement, and/or business development. Ideal candidates will also be comfortable and enjoy working through ambiguity and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment. You will work to define and implement programs and events to help our sales/GTM teams, valued partners, key stakeholders, and most importantly our customers to achieve goals, deliver results, and continually innovate in the data and analytics space.
Key job responsibilities
• Design and implement scalable business operations frameworks including leadership meeting cadences, business reviews, and strategic planning processes
• Orchestrate Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and executive communications, synthesizing complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership
• Lead high-visibility revenue acceleration programs, tracking progress and providing data-driven recommendations to overcome obstacles
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across database , analytics, and AI/ML domains, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities
• Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reporting mechanisms that provide visibility into business performance
• Manage strategic communications including newsletters, town halls, and field enablement content
• Support OP1/OP2 planning cycles, ensuring proper documentation and stakeholder alignment
• Facilitate executive briefings and customer-facing events, including re:Invent planning and coordination

- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives and a proven track record of process improvement and operational excellence
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- Experience in cloud computing, enterprise software, or technology services

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
