Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience creating Product Requirement Documentation (PRD) for technology product development.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Lean Six Sigma certification
  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience in the Trust & Safety, Fraud, Abuse realm
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment
  • Strong analytical skills to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions to inform decision-making.

You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$189,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Design and execute comprehensive programs across T&S Insights & UX and partner teams like product area's and engineering.
  • Support Product Areas in the integration of products into existing protection platforms and prioritize a growing list of new tools requirements. 
  • Own and optimize processes to enable policy enforcement at a massive scale.
  • Lead large, cross-product initiatives focused on user safety.
  • Provide program management of business excellence efforts across T&S Data Science and Analytics, Core Infrastructure, and UX.
