AWS is seeking a Senior Consultant, Marketing Technology & Customer Experience Transformation to join our Technology & Industry team. This role will focus on helping enterprise customers envision and drive end-to-end Customer 360, MarTech, Adtech, and customer experience transformations. As a Marketing Technology Industry Specialist, you will engage early with executives as they leverage the depth and breadth of AWS Services, ISV Partner solutions, and AI/ML capabilities to reimagine their customer engagement strategies and optimize marketing performance across all touchpoints.
In this role you will collaborate directly with Fortune 500 customers and partners, addressing marketing technology modernization, customer data unification, omni-channel activation, and AI-driven personalization at enterprise scale. You will provide leadership to customers looking to transform their existing MarTech ecosystems using cloud-native architectures and modern data strategies.
You will act as the voice-of-the-customer throughout engagements and lead both technical delivery and business development activities. This role offers the opportunity to acquire innovative AWS AI/ML skills while serving as a trusted advisor for internal and external customers. You'll develop and publish best practices and repeatable assets in partnership with leading MarTech ISVs to accelerate customer transitions to cloud-based marketing solutions.
Key job responsibilities
In this role you will get to :
Customer Transformation Leadership:
* Lead complex ‘Composable’ Customer 360 and MarTech transformation programs for Fortune 500 enterprises
* Architect and design end-to-end Customer Experience Platforms including customer data platforms (CDPs), identity resolution frameworks, and AI-driven personalization and recommendation engines, next-best-action models as part of the stack.
* Design marketing data foundations using modern data principles (data mesh, data products) to create marketing lakehouses and composable architectures
* Design and implement content supply chain solutions, cross-platform activation strategies, and omnichannel customer journey orchestration
Business Development & Pre-Sales:
* Partner with AWS sales teams to develop account strategies and qualify MarTech transformation opportunities
* Create and deliver executive-level presentations, workshops, and solution demonstrations to C-suite stakeholders
* Develop compelling project proposals, solution architectures, and statements of work that address customer requirements
* Build trusted relationships with CMOs, CDOs, and marketing technology leaders at strategic accounts
Industry Ecosystem Development:
* Build strategic relationships across the MarTech ecosystem including Salesforce, Adobe, Treasure Data, Tealium, and emerging CDP platforms
* Collaborate with AWS product teams to deliver industry-specific capabilities and drive AWS's MarTech product vision
* Partner with Amazon Advertising, Amazon DSP, and other Amazon businesses to create integrated customer solutions
* Guide solution and sales play creation to enable field teams, solution architects, and customer success managers
Thought Leadership & Market Development:
* Develop industry thought leadership content on the business impact of AI-driven customer experience transformation
* Deliver industry-leading perspectives at MarTech conferences and executive forums to drive AWS market awareness
* Collaborate with partner and alliance teams to identify and enable MarTech-focused system integrators and technology partners
* Work with AWS engineering teams to convey customer requirements and influence MarTech product roadmaps

- 5+ years of experience delivering marketing technology transformations, with focus on Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and customer experience solutions
- 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and implementation,
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience with 3+ MarTech platforms including Salesforce Data Cloud, Adobe Real-Time CDP, Treasure Data, or Tealium AudienceStream
- Experience with AWS martech related services beneficial: AWS Entity Resolution, AWS Clean Rooms, Amazon Personalize, Amazon Connect Customer Profiles
- Background in agency environments (Publicis, Accenture Interactive, Deloitte Digital) or MarTech ISV vendor professional services
- AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, AI Practitioner, or Data Analytics specialty)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $138,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
