Wifi is the foundation of the modern home. Without it, nothing works. eero, an Amazon company, is the first company to deliver a whole home WiFi experience using mesh technology, ensuring there isn’t a home layout or connected device we can’t handle. Fixing connectivity however, is just the start. We’re working on the building blocks of the smart home by designing our own hardware, enabling it with powerful software, and tying it all together to the cloud.

eero is seeking a highly skilled Senior Creative Producer to join our internal creative team within the marketing organization. In this role, you will oversee the development, execution, and delivery of a variety of creative projects, from brand and marketing campaigns, events and cross-functional initiatives. This role is essential for ensuring that all creative outputs meet brand standards, align with project goals, and are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate is an experienced, proactive leader with a keen eye for detail, an understanding of the creative process, and the ability to manage multiple projects with internal stakeholders and external agencies.

Key job responsibilities
Project Management
- Lead end-to-end project management, including scoping, budgeting, resourcing, scheduling, and delivery across various creative initiatives
- Develop and manage project timelines, tracking milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure projects stay on track
- Conduct regular check-ins with project stakeholders and provide clear, actionable status updates and reports
Resource Management
- Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal project flow, adjusting allocations as project needs evolve
- Work closely with team leads to assign tasks, manage workloads, and identify potential resourcing gaps
Budget Oversight
- Create and manage project budgets, ensuring all initiatives remain within financial targets
- Work with internal teams and external agencies to negotiate and manage project costs and resources
- Oversee invoice management, including tracking, approval, and reconciliation of invoices related to each project
- Regularly report on project expenditures, forecast upcoming budget needs, and ensure timely payment processing in collaboration with the finance team
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including design, content, and other producers, to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables
- Act as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and external agencies, facilitating clear communication and ensure alignment
Quality Control and Brand oversight
- Ensure that all creative deliverables align with brand standards, project goals, and strategic marketing objectives.
- Facilitate creative reviews and feedback sessions, ensuring that stakeholder input is considered while maintaining creative integrity.
- Partner with team leads to oversee quality control for final deliverables.



A day in the life
A typical day for a Senior Creative Producer at eero starts early, reviewing project timelines and preparing for the day ahead. The morning begins with a team huddle, discussing ongoing projects and addressing any urgent matters.

Throughout the day, the producer juggles multiple responsibilities:

1. Project Management: Checking progress on various marketing campaigns, updating timelines, and ensuring deadlines are met.

2. Stakeholder Meetings: Conducting check-ins with internal teams and external agencies, providing updates and gathering feedback.

3. Budget Oversight: Reviewing project expenses, approving invoices, and adjusting budgets as needed.

4. Quality Control: Participating in creative reviews, ensuring brand consistency across all deliverables.

5. Resource Allocation: Coordinating with team leads to optimize workloads and address any resourcing issues.

6. Problem-Solving: Addressing unexpected challenges that arise, such as timeline shifts or scope changes.

The day might end with a planning session for upcoming projects or a brainstorming meeting for new creative initiatives. Throughout it all, the Senior Creative Producer maintains a keen eye for detail, balances multiple priorities, and keeps the team motivated and aligned with project goals.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 8+ years of design program management experience
- Experience understanding needs of business and end customers and translating them into right solutions
- Experience gathering and analyzing large amounts of data and delivering continuous business improvements
- Excellent experience in managing marketing and branding projects, including campaigns, websites, and integrated brand initiatives.
- Previous experience working with creative agencies, digital teams, and external production partners is essential.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (agile to waterfall)
- Experience working and contributing to project playbooks, building schedules, managing issues/risks, establishing communication plans and stakeholder management
- Proven ability to manage multiple producers directly as well as collaborate with producers/project managers across the organization

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $116,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $192,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
