Without it, nothing works. eero, an Amazon company, is the first company to deliver a whole home WiFi experience using mesh technology, ensuring there isn't a home layout or connected device we can't handle. Fixing connectivity however, is just the start. We're working on the building blocks of the smart home by designing our own hardware, enabling it with powerful software, and tying it all together to the cloud.
We are seeking a talented Head of Brand Experience to join our marketing team and drive innovative, multi-channel marketing strategies that build brand awareness and drive customer engagement. This role will lead a dynamic team of brand managers, program managers, and channel marketing leads responsible for building the marketing strategy and execution across Offline Retail, eero.com, Amazon.com, and our Pro/CI channels. The ideal candidate will drive world class customer experiences and support the implementation of comprehensive marketing initiatives that drive business growth.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, retail, out-of-home, and print media
- Lead and manage channel marketing teams to optimize performance across all customer touchpoints
- Create innovative retail experiences and display strategies that drive customer engagement and sales
- Design and implement digital marketing initiatives that enhance the customer journey across eero.com and amazon.com
- Orchestrate cohesive marketing programs that span paid, owned, and earned media
- Analyze campaign performance and customer data to optimize marketing effectiveness
- Drive strategic planning and budget allocation across marketing channels
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling marketing assets across all platforms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners and vendors
- Identify and leverage emerging marketing channels and technologies
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure marketing excellence and efficiency
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics across all marketing activities
A day in the life
A typical day for the Head of Brand Experience at eero is a dynamic blend of strategic leadership and hands-on collaboration. The morning might begin with a review of performance metrics across all marketing channels, followed by strategy sessions with channel marketing leads to optimize ongoing campaigns across retail, eero.com, Amazon.com, and Pro/CI channels. Throughout the day, they'll move between reviewing creative assets for upcoming campaigns, analyzing customer data to refine marketing approaches, and meeting with agency partners to align on major initiatives.
The afternoon could involve visiting retail locations to evaluate display strategies, collaborating with the digital team on website optimization, or leading team meetings to coordinate cross-channel marketing efforts. A significant portion of their time is dedicated to strategic planning and ensuring cohesion across all customer touch points, whether that's fine-tuning an omnichannel campaign, reviewing budget allocations, or identifying new opportunities in emerging marketing channels. The role requires a careful balance of big-picture thinking and detailed execution, always with an eye toward creating seamless, engaging customer experiences that drive business growth. A typical day will require active management of the Brand Experience team.

- 10+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience managing teams
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies
- Experience managing multiple marketing channels and stakeholders
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Experience working with creative teams and agencies
- Experience in inter-team working skills to develop partnership with partner, tech team and operating at leadership levels
- Experience in consumer electronics or technology industry
- Knowledge of B2B, B2C, and B2B2C marketing strategies
- Experience with Amazon's marketing ecosystem
- International brand management experience
- Proven success in developing and scaling brand experiences
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $168,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $278,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
