Logistics Security Analyst

NVIDIA has an incredible opportunity in our Global Logistics Solutions Group to support the day-to-day operational security and risk needs of our warehouses, shipping locations, and transportation logistics network. This role will serve as the tactical extension of our strategic logistics security function, ensuring the integrity of security programs through real-time monitoring, incident coordination, documentation, and GPS compliance. What you'll be doing:

• Triage and supervise real-time alerts from Risk Management Software, IoT-enabled tracking devices, and other platforms to identify shipment impact.

• Perform initial incident assessments and coordinate with logistics outsourced suppliers and law enforcement as needed.

• Manage and maintain GPS device inventory, risk flags, and usage compliance.

• Support GPS deployment logistics, tamper-control inspections, and escort tracking.

• Draft incident briefs, carrier notifications, and weekly security summaries for leadership review.

• Maintain and version-control global SOPs, audit logs, scorecards, and compliance documentation.

• Complete standard audits for carriers and warehouses based on the defined scorecard process.

• Ensure timely updates to certification repositories and monitor expiration alerts.

• Assist with insurance documentation, data integrity cleanup, and claims processing support.

• Participate in pilot testing of new devices or technologies in field operations.

• Maintain costs and budgets for security programs, including PO management.

What we need to see:

• BA/BS degree with 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or physical security operations.

• Experience with GPS/cargo monitoring systems (e.g., Cargo Signal, Tive, Overhaul).

• Familiarity with risk management software (Everstream, Resilinc preferred).

• Strong attention to detail and process field.

• Experience drafting SOPs, audit checklists, or operational protocols.

• Ability to react quickly to incidents and collaborate with internal/external partners.

• Basic understanding of logistics compliance frameworks (CTPAT, TAPA, ISO 28000).

• Background in transportation operations, warehouse logistics, or loss prevention.

• Knowledge of dashboard/API tools or experience cleaning datasets for accuracy.

• Law enforcement or security compliance exposure preferred.

The base salary range is 104,000 USD - 166,750 USD.
