Amazon Ads is seeking an experienced Go-to-Market and Sales Operations specialist. In this role, you will combine strategic business acumen with deep technical expertise to develop and scale transformative solutions for our Advertising and Sales experiences. You'll leverage comprehensive knowledge of Amazon's technical ecosystem across Advertising Product, Sales, Operations, and Finance organizations to identify and build solutions that unlock new business opportunities and optimize the seller experience. As a key bridge between product and sales organizations, you'll work closely with Product, Sales, Sales Go-to-Market, Finance, and Seller Tooling Tech teams to ensure successful implementation of large-scale product changes and maintain seamless business operations for our sellers and customers. You'll develop scalable technical solutions that transform and enhance the seller experience across Amazon's advertising platform at scale.
Key job responsibilities
* Design and implement sales related operational workflows to support new launches for our evolving advertising products.
* Establish cross functional workstreams to identify workflow impact, develop solutions and resourcing requirements.
* Own end-to-end process design and change management for our Sales organization as new product changes and workflows are implemented, from initial conception to successful execution and performance analysis.
* Drive enablement initiatives with our Sales Go-to-Market team, ensuring our global sales teams are equipped with the knowledge and tools to effectively communicate the value of our AdTech solutions.
* Serve as the voice of the customer, data engineering and analytics and sales for our Ad product organizations, defining operational requirements to ensure continued operational efficiency and integrity.
* Serve as a subject matter expert for the Ads Sales organization, influencing executive leadership across multiple teams and organizations
* Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to drive product strategy and feature development
About the team
This role sits within the WW Strategy, Tool Go-to-Market, Enablement, and Planning Team (STEP), which powers our sales teams with innovative tools and insights to manage their Sales workflow and ensures reliable data foundations and processes to function efficiently
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
