We're seeking an expert social media manager with a proven track record of developing and executing social media strategies grounded in data and performance insights. This role will cultivate our growing and loyal fanbase while helping transform our channels into dynamic, engaging spaces that build community and drive brand love. The ideal candidate will bring fresh energy and innovative thinking to set the vision for Ring's social media presence, creating compelling narratives that resonate with our audience while driving meaningful engagement and growth.

This candidate is someone who can carve out new paths and take the lead in creating cohesive social media narratives and spearhead growth and engagement initiatives across platforms. We're looking for a builder - someone who is excited by the challenge of developing and scaling something new, who can see the potential in our social channels and has the expertise to bring it to fruition. The right candidate will bring both strategic vision and hands-on leadership, working collaboratively across social, creative, influencer, production, CS, PR, and legal teams to create content that not only engages our current audience but attracts new followers to our brand story. You'll be empowered to experiment, innovate, and establish Ring as a leading voice in our space through compelling social media content and campaigns.


Key job responsibilities
Social Media Management:

* Lead the development and execution of platform-specific content across brand initiatives (Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn)
* Oversee social media content calendars, copy & content optimization
* Work with social creative team, influencer marketing team, video producers, editors, and graphic designers on UGC and new content narratives
* Implement platform-specific best practices to increase content discoverability
* Develop integrated social media strategies that create cohesive brand storytelling across platforms
* Identify opportunities for social media trend integration and platform-specific innovations

Content Leadership:

* Guide social creative team in developing platform-specific content that maintains brand consistency
* Collaborate with video producers, editors, and graphic designers to create optimized content
* Contribute to creative briefs for creators, influencers, and strategic partners
* Lead content testing and optimization across platforms

Analytics & Performance:

* Drive data-informed decision making across social platforms
* Lead performance tracking, reporting, and analysis across all social channels
* Identify trends and opportunities for growth across platforms
* Develop and track KPIs for all social media initiatives

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Proven success in multi-platform social content strategy and community growth
- Excellent communication skills for internal and consumer-facing content
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, trends and best practices
- Strong analytical skills with experience in cross-platform content optimization
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Proven content creation and storytelling experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience working with a major brand or entertainment company in project/production management
- Experience using data visualization tools
- Excellence in team leadership and stakeholder management

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $53,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $113,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
