Group Product Manager, Core Labs

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  
• 8 years of experience as a product leader driving the product development life-cycle including defining product goal, go-to-market strategy, driving requirements and product launch.
• Experience with AI/ML and related technologies, particularly applying them to enterprise applications

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
  
• 7 years of experience working with engineering, UX/UI, sales,finance and stakeholders.
• 5 years of experience in software development or engineering.
  
• 5 years of experience preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
• Experience collaborating across organizations to influence stakeholders deliver successful projects.
• Experience connecting technical execution with strategic goals to drive effective product outcomes.

In this role, you will lead product management for AI Powered Program (AIPG) role agents within Core Labs, focusing on developing AI powered agents that enhance Google's operations across product development, safety and security, corporate functions and Googler experiences. You will collaborate with CorpEng and core leaders to drive the high-priority initiative.

As the Core team, we have a mandate and a unique opportunity to impact important technical decisions across the company.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $227,000-$320,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Validate market size and opportunity through user-based, strategic and business analysis.
• Drive first principles to transform Google's operations with the Artificial Intelligence (AI) powered Google program.
• Define the strategy and direction for role agents in collaboration with key stakeholders. 
• Develop AIPG role agents into a scalable ecosystem with consistent user experiences.
• Drive early stage ideas (0-1) through strategy development, MVP proposals and proof-of-concepts, scale and deploy later-stage agents.
