To further our growth, Blink is shifting toward a social-first, social-forward marketing approach. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Community & Influencer Manager to join our team and help us build deeper, more meaningful connections with our audience and amplify the Blink voice across platforms. This marketer will become the voice of our brand across key social platforms - someone who doesn't just post but talks, responds, cheers, and sparks conversations. You will also identify and manage authentic influencer relationships, build brand love through engagement, and turn our customers and followers into loyal advocates. You'll sit at the intersection of community building and content amplification, and manage everything from daily interactions to long-term community strategies, including user-generated content, influencer partnerships, and social sentiment analysis across our key platforms of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
The ideal candidate is equal parts social-savvy and relationship-driven. Someone who thrives in online spaces, can maintain the pulse of our community, and understands how to turn engagement into action. You'll be a go-to source for understanding customer sentiment, spotting emerging trends, and proactively creating a space where our community feels seen, heard, and connected. Your success will be predicated on collaboration with other internal teams, external stakeholders, and creative partners, so "Earning Trust" is of the utmost importance.
Key job responsibilities
Community engagement
- Be the voice of the brand and engage with followers across key social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in real-time, with speed and authenticity
- Spark and moderate social conversations to foster community growth, increase engagement, and drive loyalty, laughter, and love
Social strategy & insights
- Help shape Blink’s community tone, response playbooks, and influencer guidelines
- Monitor community sentiment and conversations, escalating emerging issues, feedback, or risks to the appropriate teams.
- Analyze feedback and social trends to surface trending user content, brand opportunities, and actionable customer insights that inform content, product, and support strategies.
Influencers & Creators
- Identify, vet, manage, and nurture relationships with brand partners, micro and mid-tier influencers, and external agencies to expand our reach and impact
- Develop and scale our emerging TikTok Shop Creator program
- Coordinate product gifting, content briefs, and deliverables
- Track performance and ROI of influencer campaigns
- Spot and amplify emerging creators and fans before they blow up
User-generated content (UGC)
- Build out a pipeline, manage, and curate user-generated content for repurposing across marketing channels to create the greatest impact
- Maintain a steady drumbeat of partnerships that feel native, not transactional
Brand advocacy & surprise-and-delight
- Proactively build and nurture communities through campaigns, small-scale activations, content series, interactive moments (e.g. polls/Lives, Q&As), and surprise-and-delight initiatives
- Cultivate relationships with repeat engagers, superfans, and Blink customers
A day in the life
As Blink's Community & Influencer Manager, you'll serve as the primary voice and relationship builder across our social platforms, spending your day actively engaging with our online community through comments, DMs, and user-generated content while maintaining a constant pulse on industry conversations and trends. Managing our social presence on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, you'll create meaningful interactions that transform followers into brand advocates and oversee our influencer partnerships from discovery to execution.
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- 4+ years of experience in social media, community management, or influencer marketing
- Deep knowledge of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X/Twitter, Reddit, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts), emerging social formats, and community dynamics
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow engaged online communities for brands.
- Excellent written communication skills and proven ability to write in a consistent brand-right voice as well as flex the brand tone as required.
- Strong understanding of content trends across short-form video platforms.
- Passion for storytelling and a finger on the pulse of internet culture
- Experience managing influencer campaigns from sourcing to reporting
- Ability to juggle multiple conversations, creators, and campaigns at once
- High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and a genuine love for people and building authentic relationships online
- Experience with A/B testing, especially around audience segmentation and targeting
- Previous experience launching or managing a branded community on platforms like Discord, Reddit, or Facebook groups
- Experience working on consumer electronics, lifestyle, or home brands
- Ability to analyze social data and translate into business recommendations.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
