Senior Customer Value Lead, AWS Specialist and Partner Organization

DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Value Lead for the AWS Customer Success Center of Excellence (CS COE) to architect and implement value realization frameworks that drive measurable business outcomes for our customers. In this role, you will develop and deploy comprehensive customer value journeys, maturity models, and business value realization frameworks that enable AWS teams and partners to systematically accelerate customer success at scale.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement customer value journey frameworks, from initial adoption to enterprise-scale value realization
- Develop industry-specific business value metrics and ROI measurement frameworks
- Create scalable value realization toolkits and playbooks for both direct customer engagement and partner enablement
- Build and maintain a dynamic repository of customer success stories and value realization patterns
- Establish mechanisms to track and measure business value realization against industry benchmarks
- Analyze adoption patterns and business use cases to identify common barriers and accelerators to value
- Partner with customer success teams to integrate value frameworks into their engagement models
- Develop enablement content for direct as well as partner-led customer success to plug into existing enablement mechanisms
- Synthesize and present value realization frameworks and concepts to senior stakeholders (at customers and partners)
- Collaborate with partner success teams to enable systematic value delivery through our partner network

Required Skills and Experience:
- An understanding of enterprise technology adoption and value realization patterns
- Experience in maturity models and business value frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Expertise in customer journey mapping and value stream analysis
- Knowledge of industry-specific business metrics and ROI measurement approaches
- Experience in developing scalable tool kits and enablement content
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Understanding of enterprise software/cloud adoption lifecycle and success patterns

The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset combined with practical experience in developing and implementing value realization frameworks. You should be comfortable working with ambiguity, able to identify patterns in complex customer scenarios, and capable of creating scalable solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

This position is part of the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization (ASP). Specialists own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for their respective technology domains, providing the business and technical expertise to help our customers succeed. Partner teams own the strategy, recruiting, development, and growth of our key technology and consulting partners. Together they provide our customers with the expertise and scale needed to build innovative solutions for their most complex challenges.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of experience developing and implementing business value frameworks or maturity models
- Experience in measuring and tracking business outcomes for enterprise technology initiatives
- Demonstrated experience creating scalable enablement content and value realization toolkits
- Track record of working with enterprise customers to define and measure business value
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Strong presentation and storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex concepts
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred
- Experience with cloud technology adoption and value realization patterns
- Experience working with partners to drive customer outcomes
- Experience with value stream mapping and customer journey optimization
- 7+ years of experience in customer success, business value consulting, or strategic advisory roles
- Experience working in a global, matrix organization

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $138,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
