• Own data fidelity and operational tooling for Studio teams, proactively identifying and resolving complex workflow or user experience issues.
• Design and implement scalable systems and documentation frameworks that support adoption, governance, and long-term sustainability of studio tools.
• Analyze team behaviors and workflow patterns to identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, or product enhancements.
• Serve as a bridge between strategy and implementation, translating operational goals into actionable system updates and scalable processes.
• Build and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation—including training guides, SOPs, and data field glossaries—to accelerate learning and tool usage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Studios, Product, and Data Engineering to support solution rollouts, troubleshoot issues, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Anticipate operational needs through proactive engagement with Studio stakeholders and by monitoring industry trends and internal usage data.
• 5+ years of experience in data operations, business systems, or program/project management.
• Experience supporting business-critical workflows through tools or process improvements.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex user or data issues with a high level of independence.
• Experience working cross-functionally across technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong written communication skills, including the ability to document processes and requirements clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency with Airtable and other low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Smartsheet, Asana).
• Experience building and managing operational tooling within a content, media, or production environment.
• Familiarity with data modeling, relational databases, or using SQL for querying datasets.
• Demonstrated ability to create user documentation, training resources, and SOPs for system tools.
• Proven success in ambiguous, high-growth environments requiring strategic prioritization.
• Ability to think beyond immediate asks and identify upstream or system-level process improvements.
