We are thrilled to present an outstanding opportunity to join NVIDIA as a Safety and Security Technical Program Manager. This role is perfect for an ambitious individual who is passionate about driving world-class safety and security solutions within our engineering teams. What you'll be doing:

  • Own and lead the audit readiness and execution roadmap for our NDAS software teams.

  • Coordinate the timing, scope, and content of audits to ensure flawless execution.

  • Ensure auditors focus on the appropriate scope and lifecycle phases relevant to their objectives.

  • Collaborate with software engineering, systems engineering, safety, cybersecurity, and test teams to gather and review required artifacts and evidence.

  • Drive the creation and upkeep of compliance documentation, audit trails, and evidence packages.

  • Identify risks and gaps early, driving mitigation activities to ensure compliance.

  • Implement repeatable operational processes to ensure future audit readiness.

  • Report audit status, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership.

  • Analyze post-audit outcomes to drive process improvements.

  • Maintain a feedback loop between audit findings and process improvements.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 8+ years of experience in automotive functional safety and/or cybersecurity domains.

  • Proven experience coordinating or leading audits (internal and/or external) against ISO 26262, ISO/SAE 21434, ASPICE, or similar standards.

  • Strong program management or operational leadership experience in a software or embedded systems environment.

  • Deep understanding of automotive product development lifecycles and associated compliance requirements.

  • Certified ISO 26262 or ISO/SAE 21434 professional (preferred).

  • Experience working in a regulated, highly matrixed automotive or mobility organization (preferred).

  • Familiarity with quality systems, audit tools, and documentation frameworks (preferred).

The base salary range is 160,000 USD - 304,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
