Come build the future with us! Amazon Ads is seeking a Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Strategy & Ops to strengthen how we bring solutions to market. In this highly visible role, you will be a key orchestrator in our GTM process, working with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Sales to define new ways of working, strategic frameworks, and processes. As a GTM expert, you will be a key architect in identifying gaps in our operating model and developing scalable strategies and SOPs that define what a great GTM looks like. The ideal candidate brings a deep knowledge of Product Marketing excellence with strategic vision and operational rigor to deliver results in a highly matrixed organization.
Key job responsibilities
- Contribute strategic thought leadership to Product Marketing and Ads-wide Go-To-Market workstreams, authoring strategic documents, and driving the adoption of new frameworks, mechanisms, and processes.
- Manage internal operations mechanisms supporting budgets, goals, Quarterly Business Reports, communications, and annual planning mechanisms.
- Serve as an expert on all phases of the product lifecycle, regularly inspect how our operating models and strategic frameworks support improved decision-making
- Develop toolkits, templates, and SOPs to standardize daily operations of key GTM deliverables
- Manage mechanisms to inspect results and refine GTM practices across product, sales, and marketing organizations
- Drive tooling initiatives to simplify how information is shared and sourced.
- Manage ongoing communication channels to support Ads-wide GTM processes (Office Hours, Slack channels)
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
- Experience managing business operations and process optimization
- Experience problem-solving complex issues and delivering streamlined solutions
- Strong written communication
- Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle
- Experience developing business requirements for marketing or product development tooling
- Experience with GenAI tools to streamline processes

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
