Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
Experience with the domain area of Generative AI or Large Language Models.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
8 years of product management experience, including experience with technical products and driving elements of the product development life-cycle (e.g., product proposal, go-to-market strategy, requirements, launch, adoption).
Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction, and working effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, UX/UI, research, operations, legal).
Ability to navigate high ambiguity, identify strategic opportunities, and build products from 0 to 1.

Your journey will begin by product testing your own product, starting with AI-native processes across the product life-cycle, and piloting an AI-native workforce at the individual, team, and organizational level.
In this role, you will work with an equally innovative and ambitious engineering team to become a pioneer in the AI-native workforce transformation, personally confronting the challenges and opportunities of human-AI collaboration. The insights from this deep operational work will directly inform the strategy, design, and roadmap for the scalable AI native Workforce platform you will build. You will drive operational change at the organization level, then translate those learnings into a product that will redefine how tens of thousands of Googlers do their work, and then bring these products and learnings to the industry to drive AI-native workforce.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $227,000-$320,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Lead the discovery, definition, and delivery of novel AI-powered products and features designed to optimize Google's internal operations and enhance employee productivity.
Develop and advocate product goal and multi-year strategy for AI-driven operational transformation, aligning with Google's broader business objectives.
Conduct deep dives into complex internal workflows, identify critical pain points, and uncover opportunities for significant AI-led improvements in efficiency, collaboration, and decision-making.
Partner closely with engineering, UX, research, program management, and various stakeholder teams across Google to design, prototype, pilot, and iterate on innovative solutions.
Translate qualitative and quantitative insights from user research, operational analysis, and pilot programs into clear product requirements, user stories, and specifications.
