We are seeking a Program Manager to manage internal operational initiatives as well as cross-team artist-driven campaigns. Come innovate with the Amazon Music team!
Key job responsibilities
As a Program Manager on the Global Industry Operations team, you will drive efficient processes and influence change management, and will have the ability to manage relationships both internally and externally. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to oversee ad hoc creative projects from end-to-end, will contribute to collaborative efforts around content launches, events, and promotions, and will drive key strategic organizational initiatives globally.
The Program Manager will be responsible for the following:
• Creation of end-to-end project management tooling.
• Driving adoption of new tools and processes across the organization.
• Project management related to cross-team initiatives.
• Point person for auditing efficiencies & creating new approaches to help scale the business.
• Monitoring industry and competitive trends; creates plans to address competitive gaps.
• 5+ years professional experience with Label Relations, Account Management or Sales
• Proven professional knowledge of music industry and digital media landscape
• Sound work ethic with strong attention to detail
• 5+ years professional experience in project management and/or driving cross-team collaborations
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills
• Proven professional experience in team-oriented work environment
• Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
• Proven ability to influence others, with data driven arguments in a professional environment
• Proven ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast paced professional environment
• Proactive attitude; willingness to roll up sleeves and dig deep to achieve goals

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $69,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $148,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
