You should be comfortable collaborating in a fast-paced and uncertain environment, and contributing to innovative solutions, while demonstrating leadership. You should also be comfortable collaborating regularly and making recommendations with multiple levels of the team from development engineers to service team leadership. You achieve this by regularly working with multiple PEs and PMs across different services.
