DESCRIPTION

Are you energized by the challenge of transforming healthcare through technology and innovation? Amazon Health Services (AHS) is on a mission to make it dramatically easier for customers to find, choose, afford and engage with the services, products, and professionals they need to get and stay healthy. We use design, service and technology to provide the best possible customer experience and change the way people think about healthcare.

To support our mission, the AHS People, eXperience, and Technology (PXT) team is hiring a Principal HR Business Partner to provide end-to-end HR support to senior leaders and teams within our Health Store and Technology (HST) organization. Our vision is to deliver effortless, intelligent healthcare resulting in improved health outcomes. HST utilizes the full Amazon and One Medical product portfolio and technical capabilities to empower customers to make better, more informed decisions about their health, or the health of their loved ones.

As a Principal HRBP, you'll be more than just a partner – you'll be the strategic advisor at the center of our people and organizational initiatives. At the intersection of talent strategy and business innovation, you'll shape the future of HST while collaborating with some of the industry's most forward-thinking tech and non-tech leaders. In this high-impact role, you'll be at the forefront of driving business success by developing talent strategies and elevating senior leadership capabilities.

You'll also have the unique opportunity to be at the forefront of cultural transformation, expertly guiding the continued integration of Legacy One Medical talent into the Amazon ecosystem. You'll be the bridge builder, fostering a unified vision and cultivating a dynamic, innovative culture as you’ll oversee talent management, organizational design and effectiveness, workforce planning, employee development and engagement, among other HR efforts for your client group.

Success in this role requires a strategic mind that can see around corners. As our Principal HRBP, you'll transform business priorities into people strategies that propel our mission forward. Armed with data-driven insights and innovative thinking, you'll be the trusted advisor our leaders turn to for scaling teams, enhancing performance, and creating magnetic cultures that attract and retain the brightest minds in healthcare and technology.

We're seeking a dynamic leader who thrives in the exhilarating pace of nascent business environments and has a proven track record of developing exceptional leaders. Your superpower lies in your ability to influence and inspire across all levels while maintaining the agility to pivot strategies as fast as our business evolves. You'll blend analytical rigor with emotional intelligence, turning complex workforce data into compelling narratives that drive action. You'll also have the opportunity to lead and participate in cross-functional initiatives for broader Amazon Health Services as well.

If you're energized by the challenge of developing and scaling high-performing teams, bring both strategic depth and entrepreneurial agility, and are ready to help write the next chapter in Amazon Health Services PXT, this role is your calling.
