A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.
As a Technical Program Manager for Cloud Computing Resource Management, you will be responsible for coordinating across all of Google’s Engineering teams to solve challenging and novel problems in cloud computing. You will work directly with Google’s supply chain, data center infrastructure, networking, and software engineering teams to design and deliver the future state of computing resource management within Google. Your responsibilities will include the automation of compute resource allocation to all software engineering initiatives at Google, the balancing of resource distribution against supply chain, data center infrastructure, network, shared service, and budgetary constraints, and the implementation of tools and policies to optimize resource management across the entire engineering stack at Google. You will seek to redefine the definition of an "on-demand" computing environment at scales the world has not yet seen. You will have experience in software product development, quantitative analytics, or supply chain management.
