Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, hardware design, operations, or manufacturing testing.
Experience working with Original Device Manufacturers (ODMs), Contract Manufacturers (CM) and suppliers to lead root cause analysis, corrective actions and process improvements.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or a related engineering field.
10 years of experience at a company developing supply chains in manufacturing and testing.
Experience working with component suppliers for data center servers.
Knowledge of SQL queries and scripting in Python or Bash.

In this role, you will be handling product responsibility after NPI, through sustaining until End of Life (EOL). You will have to ensure physical capacity is not a constraint to support our operations plan, qualify new manufacturing locations, production lines and second source components. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000-$166,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
Provide on-site support for production and pre-production builds at Contract Manufacturer/Original Design Manufacturer including driving factory readiness, supporting product bring-up and sustainment, providing training, and gathering feedback on Design for Excellence (DFX) and quality issues.
Drive engineering validation and coordinating with test engineering to establish test coverage requirements for manufacturing processes.
Work with Data Center Operations teams and Contract Manufacturer/Original Design Manufacturers to monitor, analyze and perform Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) on field failures.
Manage the customer-facing for production and remanufacturing product issues, initiate investigation of issues, root cause product failures, and drive corrective action.
Drive qualification and roll out product changes across Google's manufacturing sites globally and accountable for sustaining product debug process.
