DESCRIPTION

AWS is seeking an enterprise technical sales representative to help grow customer adoption of our End User Computing (EUC) on AWS services and solutions. As the AWS EUC Services Specialized Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to deliver on our strategy to build mind share and adoption of AWS solutions for Amazon WorkSpaces, AppStream, and other EUC workloads across our most strategic existing and new customers. You’ll be responsible for the EUC sales motion, which includes; identifying EUC customers & opportunities, qualifying & building pipeline, driving EUC solution discussions with customers, partnering with our Solution Architects to validate technical use cases, helping our teams guide successful customer implementation of the solution, and responsibility for the overall sales cycle and business goals. By establishing and growing business and technical relationships, and managing the day-to-day interactions with these stakeholders, you will be responsible for driving top line revenue growth and overall end customer adoption and value.

Key job responsibilities
- Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory.
- Meet or exceed annual revenue targets.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive account/territory plan.
- Develop working backwards business case and financial justification to earn trust with customers and position our offerings as solutions to their key business requirements.
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS EUC services to customers, and to help enable AWS generalist sellers.
- Manage the end to end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Solutions Architects, Professional Services, Executives and Partners
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline leveraging sales force automation tools and best practices.
- Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Expect moderate travel.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 7+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives experience
- 7+ years of business development, partner development, sales or alliances management experience
- Experience positioning and selling technology to new customers and new market segments
- Experience proactively growing customer relationships within an account while expanding their understanding of the customer's business
- Ability to operate with a high degree of ambiguity and in a matrixed organization

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Industry experience selling Desktop-as-a-Service (DaaS) or Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Application virtualization.
- Proven track record in engaging with C-Suite contacts in customers communicating and present with impact towards agreed project outcomes. Communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with customer executives, IT management, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience working with cloud computing technologies/companies.
- Proven track record in creating net new demand which builds a sustainable business.
- Experience managing large Enterprise customer accounts across a geographical territory.
- AWS Cloud Practitioner certified

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
