Amazon Ads operates at the intersection of e-Commerce and Advertising, offering a rich array of digital advertising solutions with the goal of helping our customers find and discover anything they want to buy. Amazon DSP is Amazon’s programmatic advertising solution for campaigns spanning Video, Audio and Display across Amazon properties (e.g., Amazon.com, Freevee, Twitch, Fire TV, and Amazon Music) and tens of thousands of third-party websites and apps. We start with the customer and work backwards in everything we do, including advertising. If you’re interested in working to build a unique, world-class advertising offering with a relentless focus on the customer, you’ve come to the right place.
Amazon's Media Enablement team is seeking an experienced senior leader to drive yield and analytics strategy for our ADSP supply business. This strategic role will shape how we optimize advertising budgets across the open web and beyond Amazon's owned properties. The selected candidate will lead pricing and yield operations across Amazon's Digital Ads, Sponsored Ads, and ADSP advertising platforms, while developing and executing comprehensive yield strategy for open web supply to maximize utilization and demand facilitation. This position requires extensive collaboration with senior leadership across Global Sales, Finance, and ADSP teams.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities with expertise in technical analysis and data-driven strategy. Excellence in stakeholder management and executive communication is essential, as is the ability to make swift, informed decisions while considering long-term implications. Success in this role requires creative problem-solving, operational simplification, and experience leading high-impact initiatives with significant financial outcomes. This unique opportunity allows the right individual to shape the future of Amazon's advertising business while working with diverse stakeholders across the organization. The successful candidate will balance thorough analysis with action-oriented execution to drive sustainable business growth, understanding the distinction between reversible and irreversible decisions while maintaining focus on long-term success through data-based argumentation and strategic awareness.
