DESCRIPTION

The Global Executive Marketing Strategy and Operations team oversees planning, measurement, tooling, and campaigns for programs targeting niche C-Suite audiences across AWS. We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Program Manager to support select programs within the Global Executive Marketing portfolio including CEO Engagements. This role will be instrumental in developing and maintaining data-driven solutions to enhance our executive engagement tracking and reporting capabilities.

This role will be responsible for liaising with tooling and technology owners to build and maintain program dashboards, develop mechanisms to identify and provide visibility into priority customers, identify and build efficiencies for engagement tracking and business impact, and leverage data to identify trends and make future recommendations.

Key job responsibilities
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards to track priority customer engagements and CEO interactions
• Analyze engagement data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization
• Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on program effectiveness and outcomes
• Support the development and implementation of tools and processes to improve program efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Create and maintain documentation for tools and processes

• Execute key program workstream deliverables including building and sharing reports appropriate for leadership
• Effectively track and manage priority engagements
• Identify opportunities to invent and simplify
• Work with key stakeholders across various teams to understand business requirements and share technical requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or similar analytical role
- Experience with SQL and database management
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Communication and presentation skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience building and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience using customer research, data and metrics to inform recommendations, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs. Foundational understanding of AWS's products and services.
- Experience communicating with Executives

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $197,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
