Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
5 years of experience in people management, with technical leadership.
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree or PhD in a technology or business related field.
7 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
Experience working with AI/ML in an applied capacity.
Experience product launches that deliver against impact metrics.
Experience working with engineering/cross-functional teams.
Ability to lead entrepreneurial drive, perseverance, and proactive style to drive cross-functional initiatives forward.

Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $227,000-$320,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Build Marketing Platform for Google Ads Marketing.
Partner closely with the Google Ads Marketing team.
Design, measure, and obtain certification of business impact.
Lead a high performing team of executive PMs to achieve these goals.
