The US base salary range for this full-time position is $248,000-$349,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Create and align testing roadmaps and strategies with stakeholders.
Ensure infrastructure components meet security and compliance requirements.
Provide release quality signals to inform leadership go/no-go decisions.
Partner with engineering teams to shift testing left and maintain a healthy tip-of-tree.
Collaborate with engineering productivity and lab teams to provide the testing framework, tooling, and infrastructure needed for engineering excellence.
