DESCRIPTION

This role will support WW Delivery Service Partner (DSP) compliance with credential sharing standards.

The mission of the DA Lifecycle Experience and Services team is to elevate the last-mile delivery experience by creating seamless touchpoints that empower DSPs and their DAs to excel. Through standardized global solutions enhanced by market-proven adaptation, we build a reliable, efficient, and people-centric network transforming real-world challenges into sustainable success. Our team is looking for a senior risk manager to own launching products and programs that facilitate DSP compliance with Amazon's credential sharing standards.

This role is open to the following locations: Nashville, TN, New York, NY, Irvine, CA and Bellevue, WA.

Key job responsibilities
1. Strategic Program Development and Ownership
- Design and implement enterprise-wide credential sharing compliance programs for the DSP network.
- Define program metrics, success critiera, and risk indicators to measure effectiveness.
- Own end-to-end strategy for credential sharing risk mitigation across global markets.
- Develop scalable solutions that balance security requirements with operational efficiency.
2. Risk Assessment and Governance
- Lead comprehensive risk assessments to identify credential sharing vulnerabilities in DSP operations
- Establish governance frameworks and policies for credential management
- Create audit mechanisms to ensure ongoing compliance
- Partner with Legal team to align programs with regulatory requirements
3. Cross-Functional Leadership
- Drive collaboration across Technology, Operations, and Security teams to implement technical solutions
- Influence senior stakeholders and executives on risk strategy and resource allocation
- Lead matrixed teams in multiple geographies to execute programs
4. Product Development & Innovation
- Define product requirements for credential management tools and systems
- Partner with tech teams to build scalable solutions for credential verification
- Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and feedback loops
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains
5. Stakeholder Management
- Present program status and metrics to senior leadership
- Build relationships with DSP leadership to ensure buy-in and adoption
- Manage external vendor relationships for credential verification solutions
- Drive change management and communication strategies
6. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Develop sophisticated reporting mechanisms to track compliance rates
- Analyze trends to identify areas of improvement and potential risks
- Create executive-level dashboards and metrics
- Use data insights to inform program strategy and evolution

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
- Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles / Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent
- Master's degree or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $109,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
