Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in product design or UX.
Experience implementing visual design systems across platforms in an iterative software development environment, applying design tools (e.g. Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch).
Experience designing across multiple platforms, and working with technical/design teams to create user flows, wireframes, and building user interface mockups and prototypes.
Experience in one or more of the following disciplines: illustration, animation, motion graphics, creative direction, prototyping.
Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link and/or access instructions).
Preferred qualifications:
Experience articulating 0-1 features and evolving existing design patterns.
Experience developing/evolving design systems and/or heuristic frameworks.
Familiarity with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing for platforms such as desktop and mobile (Android and iOS).
Ability to synthesize and organize information ranging from broad and complex to nuanced and intricate.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and ability to influence product design strategy.
Aesthetic excellence, e.g. color, layout, motion, typography, etc.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $151,000-$222,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions.
Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and/or high fidelity prototypes.
Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates.
Advocate for the prioritization of design centered changes, refinements, and improvements.
