Description
In this pivotal role, you will steer critical initiatives from concept to production readiness while collaborating with diverse teams across engineering, finance, security, and project management.
Responsibilities include:
Effectively collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams throughout Apple.
Managing multiple priorities with ease in a fast-paced setting.
Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously while proactively identifying risks and developing contingency plans.
Using a balanced approach to critical thinking paired with tactical execution
Demonstrating the ability to create operational frameworks that enhance planning cycles, scorecards, and critical metrics, alongside delivering comprehensive executive reports.
Swiftly identifying and resolving conflicts while addressing interdependencies and program challenges effectively.
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of experience managing cross-functional engineering initiatives.
BS or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar technical field
Preferred Qualifications
MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar technical field
Outstanding communication skills, emphasizing active listening to build strong relationships.
Proven track record of leading large teams to establish and achieve success metrics across various programs and portfolios.
Proficient in navigating a wide range of technical infrastructures.
Strong practical understanding of user interactions with software and systems.
Extensive experience in strategic and program delivery, with a focus on teamwork within a matrixed environment.
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $195,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
