Pro Workflow (PWF) team within Apple’s Hardware Engineering organization, joins creative domain experts with computer system architects to drive innovation and deliver astounding new features to iPhone, iPad, Mac and Vision Pro. From beginners learning the basics of music or video creation to professional animation, virtual production, and broadcast customers, PWF is dedicated to elevating and accelerating the creative capabilities of our customers by understanding how the most demanding creative users use our products, and leveraging those insights to build better products for everyone.

Description
Apple’s Pro Workflow team (PWF) is seeking a multi-disciplinary Creative Workflow Evangelist and Community Manager with outstanding communication skills to join our team. Some of the key responsibilities at this role include;
Collaborating with technical experts to identify key new features enabling innovative creative workflows using Apple products
Contributing to process defining benefit and use case stories for creative customers
Developing customer-facing presentation materials for pre-recorded, virtual, and in-person events
Delivering briefings, feature demonstrations, and workshops illustrating the capabilities of Apple products in creative workflows
Developing strategies and plans to engage with the creative community
Building and maintaining relationships with key creative community leaders
Planing & Managing customer/community meetings & events
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years professional experience in technical marketing/training, field engineering, product management, or product evangelism
Strong knowledge of how Mac, iPhone and iPad are used in digital creation workflows
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated success creating and presenting product use case demonstrations and technical creative workflow overviews
Demonstrated success in building and maintaining key community relationships
Ability to maintain and prioritize different projects across multi-year timelines
Multi-disciplinary creative with capabilities in two or more established creative software applications is preferred
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $166,600 and $296,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
