Description

The job involves system-level validation of high-speed communication modules, including PCI, USB, and Storage. This role requires developing software to validate high-speed communication IP blocks in Apple System-on-Chip (SoC) designs. Additionally, the position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring up and debug SoC issues, as well as coordinating the execution of tests to ensure the validity and reliability of the communication modules.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in relevant field and a minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience in silicon validation software engineering or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with low level software development in a Unix environment
  • Knowledge and experience with high speed interface (PCIE/USB/NAND) is a must
  • Knowledge and skill in C/C++ programming is a must
  • Familiar with digital design, design verification, and silicon and analog characterization
  • Experience with assembly languages, and scripting languages a plus
  • Experience with using test equipment and analyzers a plus
