Amazon is looking for talented Post-Bachelors Scientists to join our Frontier AI & Robotics team for a one-year, full-time research position.

At Frontier AI & Robotics, we're not just advancing robotics – we're reimagining it from the ground up. Our team is building the future of intelligent robotics through ground breaking foundation models and end-to-end learned systems. We tackle some of the most challenging problems in AI and robotics, from developing sophisticated perception systems to creating adaptive manipulation strategies that work in complex, real-world scenarios.

In this role you will:

* Work closely with a senior science advisor, collaborate with other scientists and engineers, and be part of Amazon’s vibrant and diverse global science community.
* Publish your innovation in top-tier academic venues and hone your presentation skills.
* Be inspired by challenges and opportunities to invent cutting-edge techniques in your area(s) of expertise.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

*Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
* Proven publication record in Machine Learning, Robotics, Computer Vision, AI, Computer Science, Econ, Operations Research, or other related technical fields
* Proficiency in technologies relevant to the subfield

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Ability to independently deliver results in a fast-paced environment
* Publications at top-tier, peer-reviewed conferences and/or journals
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Expert knowledge in modeling and performance, operationalization, and scalability of scientific techniques and establishing decision strategies

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
