Sales Engineering has an immediate opening for a Technical Architect. Our group's focus is on design and lead the technical delivery for Apple Sales Business. The position will provide architecture, design, development and project management leadership across multiple projects. Technical Architect serves as hands-on advisors, using good interpersonal skills, functional and/or technical knowledge, Salesforce product knowledge, industry experience, consulting experience, and knowledge of their client’s business to deliver customer return on investment.
Description
We are looking for a hard-working Salesforce Technical Architect to design elite Salesforce applications for our evolving CRM requirements. You will be responsible for optimally designing and managing the successful delivery of complex Salesforce solutions for our customers. These technologies include—but are not necessarily limited to Salesforce (http://salesforce.com/) products and APIs, Apex/LWC, mobile development technologies, and integration/ETL technologies.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Provide oversight for Salesforce projects and design solutions based on best practices,
focusing on point-and-click configurations
- Work with the development team to customize solutions and decide when custom
development is vital
- Build prototypes and proof of concepts to clarify business needs
- Design data models, sharing and visibility, and business process automation
- Define coding standards and conduct code reviews to ensure quality. Lead delivery for custom
development, integrations, and data migrations in Salesforce
Minimum Qualifications
Deep expertise in Salesforce technologies including Apex, Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations
Proven experience designing complex, large-scale Salesforce architectures across multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Preferred Qualifications
10+ years experience with a minimum of 8+ years on the Salesforce platform
Familiarity with any other CRM application (except Salesforce) will be a huge plus
Familiarity with Java and related frameworks
Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems (ETL, CPQ, marketing automation, reporting, etc.)
Familiarity with Javascript and front end technologies
