We’re seeking a Program Management leader for the newly formed ASE Central Release Quality team to drive a global quality strategy for client and server releases. This role involves defining KPIs, generating data-driven insights, and leading Executive Quality Reviews while supporting compliance initiatives. You’ll oversee projects from chartering to testing, manage change, and lead high-visibility partner presentations. Additionally, you’ll document annual compliance requirements and maintain a comprehensive program framework.
The ideal candidate excels at building teams from scratch, transforming ambiguity into clear plans, and fostering consensus in collaborative environments. You should be comfortable with changing priorities, possess expertise in Software Lifecycle services, and communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive leadership.
