Description
We’re a team of full stack engineers (frontend and backend). We build web and iOS applications that are used by music artists, podcasters and app developers. Your responsibilities will include all aspects of software development, from design and analysis to development, implementation and maintenance. You will work multi-functionally to implement new product features, improves existing features, and add performance and software quality metrics to our codebase.
Minimum Qualifications
BS in Computer Science (or equivalent field) with demonstrated ability
Proven track record in designing and developing backend applications for external customers using strongly typed programming languages
Prior experience designing, implementing, maintaining, and deploying distributed web services on cloud architecture
Comfortable working with globally distributed, multi-functional teams.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience building server-side reusable components, platforms, or capabilities
Hands on experience using Java (or similar JVM based technology) web-service frameworks and build systems (Bazel, Gradle, etc)
Proficiency working across micro-services and macro-repos
Comfortable working on hybrid platform-infra teams serving internal and external customers
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $135,400 and $250,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
