Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience with systems development in Database, Systems or AI.
15 years of experience with high-availability and disaster recovery solutions, such as clustering, replication, and backups.
10 years of experience with database security best practices, including encryption, authentication, and access control.
10 years of experience leading technical initiatives internally and externally with industry partners.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree or PhD.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
In-depth knowledge of database technologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot complex database issues.
Track record of ideation and innovating technology at scale, and passion for development and the use of cross-platform shared code.
Strong product sensibility, with capability to convert and drive key product innovations and opportunities.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $278,000-$399,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
