The team provides a Bluetooth foundation for Apple’s world class products such as AirPods, AirTags, and Vision Pro, and is looking for a motivated individual to design and implement amazing new features that make magic across the Apple ecosystem.

Description

In this embedded software role, you’ll be part of the Sensing & Connectivity organization. You’ll face unique challenges in building and developing solutions across the entire stack, from the wireless foundations and pillars, to the application layer. This role demands exceptional technical proficiency and strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with engineers, designers, management, and other key stakeholders. You’ll have the chance to design, scope, and implement critical end-to-end features in the roadmap, working closely with early silicon, and leveraging your expertise to support and debug issues.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Solid C/C++ coding abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and software debugging skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of real-time audio, DSP or wireless technologies
  • Proven excellence in firmware, device driver, or equivalent for experienced candidates
  • Track record of product development
  • Passion for product ownership
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
  • Experience in debugging methodologies and strategies for real-time embedded systems
  • Python/ Swift/ Objective-C experience
  • Proven self-starter and driven individual
