As an Education Partnerships Manager, you’ll lead impactful initiatives and help redefine education and workforce development.
This role focuses on collaborating with universities, community colleges, and technical institutions to deliver progressive initiatives. You’ll strengthen access, particularly through partnerships with Minority-Serving Institutions (MSIs), including Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSIs). You'll drive meaningful, long-term learning outcomes by ensuring the implementation of strategic agreements and aligning institutional commitments with internal teams. What You’ll Be Doing:
Foster Learning Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with higher education institutions to support professional development and inclusive learning opportunities.
Cultivate a Thriving Ecosystem: Act as a catalyst for collaboration and engagement across NVIDIA’s higher education and research community, driving increased AI exploration.
Support Faculty and Student Engagement: Coordinate learning programs and resources that keep faculty and students engaged throughout educational initiatives.
Maintain Operational Excellence and Reporting: Track progress on certifications, learning objectives, and retention tied to critical initiatives, and collaborate to deliver actionable insights to leadership and partners.
Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between external education partners and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and resource alignment.
What We Need to See
8+ overall years of experience with 5+ years managing and growing strategic partnerships at the decision-maker level within academic or educational ecosystems.
Bachelor’s degree, master preferred, in education, business, communications, public policy, or a related field or equivalent experience.
Strategic problem-solving skills with a track record of addressing complex challenges and driving impactful outcomes.
Proven success working across diverse teams, including leadership, faculty, and technical experts, to achieve shared goals.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking, with the ability to translate sophisticated ideas into actionable strategies.
Demonstrated passion for empowering underrepresented communities and broadening access to transformative learning opportunities.

The base salary range is 152,000 USD - 247,250 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
