Description
As an iOS Software Engineering Manager, you will lead an amazing team and own outstanding perception algorithms suite from prototype to deployment. In this role you will have an impact on the current state of the art in Perception in taking the algorithms from initial concept to highly reliable software solutions.You will be building a team, providing leadership where it counts and shipping products you will be proud of.
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of leadership experience building and managing teams specializing in Perception Algorithm development
5+ years of hands on experience in Perception and Statistical Signal Processing Algorithms focusing on Perception and Localization
Experience with integration of Perception Machine Learning Models
Expert understanding of multimodal sensor fusion
Software architectural and design experience
Ability to focus on the essential, in exclusion of all else and above all, driven to ship
Masters or PhD Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience required
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent communication skills
A personable leader capable of encouraging your team and others to action by leading hands on
Forward-thinking with strong collaboration skills
Thrive in a multidisciplinary collaborative environment, relying on your team for support
Experience with integration of Perception Machine Learning Models

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $181,000 and $313,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
