We seek an exceptional, detail-oriented project manager to drive tentpole work, document decisions, and ensure progress on key initiatives across our Services businesses. The Business Ops project manager collaborates with business leads to ensure effective communication among marketing, product, design, analytics, and operations teams.
The project manager owns projects from conception to completion, including initial launch and ongoing execution. They align cross-functional efforts with key business objectives, ensuring each initiative contributes to the company’s overall goals. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and skilled in managing sensitive information strategically.
Description
- Support key tentpole project work and evergreen initiatives, tracking and reporting end-to-end developments
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute business priorities across cross-functional partners
- Manage accurate project schedules, ensuring effective communication across teams
- Create compelling communications, including Keynotes and planning documents
- Proactively communicate potential operational challenges and propose solutions for efficiency
- Foster collaboration and teamwork with cross-functional teams within the Services organization
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in business or marketing operations, or program-driven roles
Exceptional organizational skills and proven track record of managing projects transparently, and well-documented
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including handling sensitive information tactfully
Experience independently driving projects forward
Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, media, or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in project management software like Keynote, Numbers, and Quip
Creative thinking and experimentation to explore new solutions and processes
Assertive decision-making with confidence to evaluate facts and push projects forward despite unknowns
Escalates high-visibility issues to managers and/or org leadership
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $108,200 and $206,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
