We are seeking a techno-functional operations lead who thrives in a hands-on role and is passionate about driving operational excellence. Description
As SAP Techno-functional Operations Lead, you will effectively combine technical and functional expertise as the SAP Operations Lead.
To excel in this role, you must possess experience in application development (coding in ABAP), troubleshooting and debugging issues, and hands-on experience in designing and configuring the SAP SD module.
This position requires independently working with business users to gather requirements and address business needs, ensuring the smooth operation of Apple’s business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and resolve new requirements and operational issues, including design, configuration, development, and testing.
- Managing multiple operational issues simultaneously with changing priorities and driving them to closure.
- Establishing relationships with various business stakeholders.
- Driving system and process initiatives that could potentially improve efficiency and productivity.
- Monitoring and identifying trends for issues and implementing solutions through root cause analysis.
- Institutionalizing best practices for application development to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality solutions with high performance and scalability.
Minimum Qualifications
SAP development experience
SAP Functional SD experience
Experience and understanding of SAP S/4 HANA frameworks
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications
6+ combined years of hands-on SAP experience with ABAP development, RESTful ABAP programming and configuration in SAP SD.
Experienced in building and integrating SAP systems with third-party systems, applications, and external data sources using different middleware technologies.
Good understanding of integration between SAP SD and FI, MM modules.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive issue resolution across teams.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and sensitive to established schedules and scopes.
Ability to establish and maintain relationships with various business stakeholders.
Experience working in a 24 X 7 support model, handling vendor performance, delivering as per SLA, reporting metrics with continuous improvement.
Experience in partnering with vendor teams both onsite and offshore.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization.
Experience with GTS is nice to have.
Hands-on experience on S/4 HANA will be a significant plus.
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $136,300 and $248,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
