Senior Manager, Global Forums
The Selling Partner Communities organization builds lasting connections with, and helps drive the success of our Selling Partners. Within this organization, the Community Advising and Management team plays a crucial role in fostering an active and helpful community for information exchange among Selling Partners, providing an effective channel for multi-directional engagement with Amazon, and understanding Selling Partners' perceptions to improve their experience selling on Amazon.
Mission: CAM team's mission is to create and maintain a vibrant, engaging, and supportive online community for all Selling Partners, regardless of their size, tenure, or location. Our role is to facilitate meaningful interactions between different selling partners, to identify opportunities to enhance the seller experience, and drive satisfaction through community-driven insights and support.
We are looking for an experienced and inspirational leader with a proven track record of developing and managing successful online communities for large, fast-paced, global organizations. This role will serve as the Senior Leader of Amazon to Selling Partners through our internal Seller Forums. Leading a team of community managers, this global role will drive engagement on our internal Seller Forums. The successful candidate has high judgment, is adept at influencing others, thrives in an ambiguous environment, and excels at building, developing, and managing high-performing teams. This role will lead a global team, and drive engagement with our selling partners.
Key job responsibilities
• Serve as the community leader for Selling Partner Forums, collaborating with internal teams to surface insights, trends, and feedback to drive improvements and address seller pain points.
• Develop Forum Moderators as experts of the Selling Partner experience, establishing learning curricula, tools, and processes that allow for timely and accurate responses to seller inquiries and discussions.
• Define, implement, and monitor effective mechanisms, processes, and metrics to measure forum engagement, satisfaction, and overall impact on the Selling Partner experience.
• Build, engage, and retain a diverse team of Forum Moderators, fostering a culture of customer obsession where team members are inspired to go above and beyond to provide an exceptional forum experience for Selling Partners.
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure the forums meet the unique needs of Selling Partners across different marketplaces while maintaining a consistent global strategy.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase forum adoption and engagement among Selling Partners, positioning the forums as a valuable resource for success on Amazon.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in community management or related fields, with a proven track record of leading global online communities. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of e-commerce and seller needs are essential. This role reports to the Sr Manager of Community Advising and Management (CAM).

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $225,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
