• Deliver the right set of features for our customers, on time and with high quality.
• Drive all aspects of the software development process: define scope, estimate costs, develop a plan, generate a schedule, execute, and ship.
• Make critical decisions and trade-offs to ensure your projects are successful.
• Resolve ambiguity. Align diverse stakeholders and overcome roadblocks to deliver meaningful user features.
• Provide a clear assessment of project delivery to leaders, while holding teams accountable to the project goals.
• Communicate with every level of our organization, from individual contributors to executives.
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of Program Management experience with consumer-facing products.
Hands-on experience building and delivering client software along with web and internet services.
Experience working in a multifaceted, execution-driven environment.
Extraordinary leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Technical background a plus
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
